On October 19, 2023, the Financial Women of San Francisco hosted a virtual event with a panel discussion on "Unveiling Imposter Phenomena.” The event's moderator, Charity Hall, a skilled finance professional with diverse experience in financial services, accounting, and technology, led a panel of accomplished individuals in a discussion about the Imposter Phenomenon.

On October 25, 2023, Financial Women of San Francisco, together with AllRise and KPMG LLP, hosted a panel discussion on empowering the corporate boardrooms, with influential women directors sharing their perspectives on serving on boards. The event took place at the KPMG offices located in downtown San Francisco and was very well attended by women from all over the Bay Area.

Jennie Duong introduced the panel discussion, noting that the number of enterprise-level cyber-attacks on a global basis has risen exponentially in the past year; recent estimates put these numbers at more than 500 million worldwide. The sophistication of the attacks is very high and the techniques used are quite varied across email, social media, text, and websites.
