Stephanie RingrosePartner at Navolio & Tallman LLP
Please share a little about yourself:
As a CPA and Partner at Navolio & Tallman LLP, I’ve spent my entire career growing with the firm. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to our transformation from a 5 person team in a single office to a firm of 60+ professionals across three locations. My responsibilities span leading audit and assurance engagements to directing our IT strategy to align technology with firm-wide goals. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is mentoring others. I often share that the majority of what I do today is far beyond what I once thought I was capable of—and I’m passionate about helping others discover that same potential in themselves. I strive to foster growth, confidence, and leadership in the next generation of professionals.
At home, I am a mom to two young daughters, and I want to build their confidence and show them what is possible when you have initiative, are committed, and develop a supportive network.
What inspired you to join FWSF?
I joined FWSF to connect with and build relationships with other women who are navigating leadership roles in finance and accounting. Throughout my career, I’ve grown into responsibilities I once thought were beyond my reach, and that journey has made me passionate about meeting and mentoring others—especially women—who may be questioning what’s possible for themselves. Being part of a community that fosters growth, support, and shared experiences is inspiring and empowering.
What’s your favorite part of FWSF?
I'm looking forward to building meaningful connections, learning from others' experiences, and sharing about my own journey.
What’s your best career tip for women working in finance or financial services?
Don’t limit yourself to what you think you’re capable of today. Step outside of your comfort zone—you'll be surprised at what you are capable of.
