Financial Women of San Francisco is proud to start a new tradition of hosting a San Francisco Giants game event for its members and their connections. After the inaugural SF Giants event in 2024, when FWSF celebrated Lisa Pantages, CFO of the San Francisco Giants, as the FWSF 2024 Financial Woman of the Year, we had our second game event on August 26, 2025.
We enjoyed a lively pregame reception that featured remarks by Lisa Pantages and FWSF President Mona Ahmadi. The event was sold out with close to 100 people attending. The game itself was very exciting, with the SF Giants taking on the Chicago Cubs. The Giants took the lead early in the game, and then the Cubs caught up and took the lead by the end of the 4th inning. The Giants pulled ahead with an awesome performance and led the game 5 to 2 by the end of the 6th inning, and won the game.
