I'm honored to share that I've joined the Advisory Board of Hypatia Capital, where I'll be helping expand awareness of the WCEO ETF (NYSE: WCEO), the first U.S. exchange-traded fund focused exclusively on publicly traded companies led by women CEOs. What drew me to Hypatia is its investment thesis: rather than viewing gender as an impact screen, Hypatia's thesis is that companies led by exceptional women represent a differentiated investment opportunity. The ETF provides diversified exposure to more than 160 U.S. public companies led by women CEOs.
I've spent much of my career thinking about where capital flows and the impact those decisions have. Many investors today want their portfolios to reflect not only their investment objectives, but also the future they want to help build. I appreciate that WCEO offers an opportunity to do both, and I chose to invest personally because I believe in both the investment thesis and the team behind it.
It feels especially fitting to share this with the FWSF community, where we've spent decades championing women's leadership. If you're an RIA, or know one, I would love to introduce you to Hypatia's Founder and CEO, Patty Lizarraga. She's the pioneer behind this strategy and enjoys thoughtful conversations with advisors about the investment thesis, portfolio applications, and where the strategy may fit.
If you're an individual investor who's intrigued, WCEO is available through most major brokerage platforms. If this sparked your curiosity, I'd love to hear from you at robyn.rogin@gmail.com and would be delighted to make an introduction.
